Ultra Sonic Cleaning to Remove Calcium Deposits

For brass instruments this invention is truely a miricle product. With a good mild acid sufficent to dislodge the calcium deposits and the non abrasive action of the ultrasonic your instrument is cleaned from the inside to out. The non-audible ultrasonic sound waves create a scrubbing brush action within the fluid. The ultrasonic energy enters the liquid within the tank and causes the rapid formation and collapse of minute bubbles: a phenomenon known as cavitation. The bubbles, travel at high speed around the tank causing them to implode against the surface of the item immersed in the tank in an enormous energy release, which gently lifts contamination off the surface and innermost recesses of intricately shaped parts.

Synthetic Felts and Corks

We usea selection of the most beaurtiful synthetic felts. We have many different thicknesses and densities that allow us to pick a setup for you instrument that feels perfect and is exactly to your likeing.

Water Key Replacements

We stock both the Amado and Saturn water keys. These water keys installed correctly reduce to the minimum the disruption to the airflow caused by the cavity of water key nipple on standard water keys.
