To end up with the right instrument it requires addressing all the important relevant factors and thinking ahead a little. This is true whether you are a student, teacher, parent or professional. It should also be a pleasant experience where you feel like you get correct and timely information. We are here to provide you with everything you'll need to know when making that big purchase.

Instruments direct from the factory are NEVER set up properly. The manufacturers simply don't have the time to do the nessecary hand-finishing needed. Music Services set up all instruments prior to trial or sale and provide an additional service warranty for 6 months after the sale to ease it into use. This first service is the most import it will have.

Payment Plan - We know how hard it is to find the money sometimes. Our payment plan can help avoid compromises on quality for the sake of a few pennies. It is also a great alternative to wasting money on a rental; this way you own it at the end.

Band or School Price - We will sell new instruments at a discounted cost if you represent a school or a brass band. Simply email david for a quote.

Request a price match - We would like the opportunity to match any reasonable price within New Zealand and Australia. We just need some sort of proof as price matching will not be automatic upon hearsay. For overseas prices we request you also factor in GST and duties on entry, shipping, currency charges and loss of warranty into any prices you are comparing.
