Product labeling
Products labeled with this icon can only be ordered by phone or email afterwhich we can advise you as to the estimated delivery and any other relevant factors. In some cases we require a deposit to secure the order, for which we will provide written confirmation of the time frame required for supply. All enquiries are welcome and sometimes an instrument marked as such may actually be in the country and available to try so don’t hesitate to contact us!
Orders
You will receive an automated order confirmation by email after completing checkout. If you do not receive this email within one hour please contact us to confirm we received your order. Order processing will occur the next business day after the order is received. At this time we will contact you if there is any need to regarding your order.
Payment
Payment will not be processed until order is filled and shipped. Shipping charges and GST will be clearly displayed throughout the purchase process and on your order confirmation email. If Payment is made by cheque the goods will not be dispatched until the check has been received, banked and cleared.
Shipment
We endeavor to ship product speedily to our customers. This is influenced directly by our stock levels at the time.
- Product in stock we ship the same business day the order is received.
- Product not in stock we aim to ship within five working days.
Customers will be notified on any order that can not be filled on the same day advising of expected delivery time and the option to cancel the order where filling may take over five working days.
We ship products national using PBT Couriers. We use signature tickets allowing us to track and trace the parcel at any stage on route. North Island destinations are an over night delivery. South Island locations are a two day delivery.
Internationaly we use NZ Post to all destinations. This also includes track and trace signature tickets and products are insured while on route. Delivery time on international orders is between two to seven days.
Returns
We will replace free of charge any product which has a manufacture default up to 14 days after delivery. We will endeavor to repair or replace any product that is received damaged. In these situations we will require the original product to be returned and replacement or repair is at our discretion.
